Transfer latest: World record bid for Declan Rice

EXCLUSIVE: According to the news outlet @TheAthleticFC an update on the situation of the England player Declan Rice.

Arsenal have tonight submitted a massive offer to West Ham for England midfielder Declan Rice.

Proposal for the Hammers player would be a record for a British player, with a £100m + £5m in add-ons – as #AFC try to agree deal with #WHUFC for top target

Arsenal’s previous bid of a guaranteed £75m plus an additional £15m in bonuses was rejected.

While Manchester City’s first offer – which comprised of a guaranteed £80m plus an extra £10m in add-ons – was also been turned down by David Moyes’s side.

But the Hammers were seeking for at least a £100m for their star man.
